It’s as Easy as 1-2-3! 1. Your Portrait Design Session We recommend you schedule a Complimentary Portrait Design Session. This will allow time to discuss clothing, props and ideas. It will also help us get to know each other and will help your Portrait Session go more smoothly. Here you will make your appointment for your portrait session and pay your Deposit. 100% of this deposit will go toward your print order. 2. Your Portrait Session Where the magic happens! Please allow up to one hour for your session. Bring at least one Clothing Change. 3. Your Digital Viewing Session To aid in the selection of your portraits, you will view your portraits on a projection system. The appointment for this viewing will be arranged for you at the end of your Portrait Session. Please be sure that your decision makers are present for the viewing as your portraits represent a sizable investment for you, and we want your decisions to be ones you are satisfied with. There is no charge for your initial appointment; however, additional appointments will generate additional charges. Because your Portraits are completely custom in nature, we ask that you be prepared to pay for your order at the time it is placed. If other arrangements are needed, we will do our best to work with you.

Simply this: If you aren't happy with your photograph, we'll redo it for free. Or you can have your money back. It's your choice. If you ever have any questions or concerns about our work, please call me right away! Payment Policy * You never pay a Session Fee! All fees paid apply to your portraits. Because of the time invested by you and our studio, we work with a minimum purchase system. * One half of the minimum purchase is due by the time the photographs are taken. We accept Cash/Check/Credit/Debit. * Final Payment is collected during your digital proof session. Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders. Production Time and Proofs- your digital proof session will be available within 7-10 business days from your sitting. There are NO PRINTS until your order is placed! Your Portrait Session can be reserved: One half of the minimum purchase is due upon reservation. We accept Cash/Check/Credit/Debit. Monday - Friday 9am - 4 pm (with a $ 150 minimum order) Monday - Friday before 9am and after 4 pm (with a $ 250 minimum order) Saturdays (with a $ 350 minimum order) Sundays (with a $ 500 minimum order) 100% of your prepaid amount is applied to your portrait order. A Free Portrait Design Session is recommended to discuss clothing, props, backgrounds, and other special techniques to ensure your photographs will be exactly what you desire.
